EC to set a side 30 MHz at 5.9 GHz for CVIS

US set aside 75 MHz spectrum at 5.9 GHz for VII communications, while EC just announced that they will set a side 30 MHz at same 5.9 GHz. Hope this is good news in standardization.

The European Commission is set to back reserving a chunk of pan-European radio spectrum for technology that allows cars and traffic control centres to communicate with each other.
